Grounds for dissolution. The Company shall be dissolved upon the occurrence of any of the following events:
Grounds for dissolution. The Company will be dissolved and liquidated on any of the grounds specified by law or by resolution of the General Meeting, convened for that purpose, provided the requirements specified by law and these Articles of Association are met.

  • No Action for Dissolution The Members acknowledge that irreparable damage would be done to the goodwill and reputation of the Company if any Member should bring an action in court to dissolve the Company under circumstances where dissolution is not required by Section 13.2.
