Common use of GROUNDING AND BONDING Clause in Contracts

Fuzion at its expense will insure that any microwave equipment placed on the rooftop collocation space or in the building shall be grounded and bonded according to BellSouth’s standards which shall be at a minimum consistent with industry standards.
