GRILLING. The use of outdoor grills on any portion of in the Condominium Property, without exception, is prohibited except for grills, if any, permanently located in an amenity area of a Unit. This prohibition includes, without limitation, the use of a grill on Limited Common Element porch, deck, courtyard, patio, terrace, balcony, or other Limited Common Element as may be designated in specific areas by Developer or the BoardBoard of Directors.
