The GRILLING clause establishes the rules and permissions regarding the use of grills or grilling activities on a property. GRILLING. Use of grills on any wooden deck, porch, balcony or similar structure is strictly prohibited. A charcoal grill is provided by the pool.
GRILLING. The use of outdoor grills on any portion of the Condominium Property, without exception, is prohibited except as may be designated in specific areas by Developer or the Board.

All grills must be completely cooled before being place back in the Unit's garage.
