GRIEVANCE TEACHER FILE ACCESS. For the purpose of assisting a teacher or the Association in the prosecution or defense of any contractual, administrative or legal proceedings, including but not limited to grievances and tenure proceedings, the Board shall permit a teacher access to and the right to inspect and acquire copies of his personnel file. A representative of the Association may accompany and assist the teacher in this regard.
