GRIEVANCE MEDIATION PROCEDURES. In recognition of the desirability of resolving disputes by mutual agreement, the FOP and the City of Cincinnati hereinafter referred to as the “parties,” mutually agree to the following policies and procedures for the mediation of grievances pending arbitration, pursuant to the provisions of Article III of the collective bargaining agreement between the parties.
