Common use of Green Container Clause in Contracts

Green Container. Regular SMR Customer Contract Services includes the Collection and Transportation of Organic Materials in the Green Container. Contractor will do all of the following: 1. Supplying Cart(s) for discard of Organic Materials: • Up to and including 96 gallons capacity as Customer requests, in any combination of 32, 64 or 96 gallon Cart(s), and • More than 96 gallons capacity as Customer requests, in any combination of 32, 64 or 96 gallon Cart(s) for customers who have arranged for additional Green Containers with the City.
