Common use of Graveyard Shift Clause in Contracts

Graveyard Shift. When five (5) or more hours of a represented employee’s work shift, exclusive of the lunch period, are between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 7:00 a.m., the represented employee shall be paid one dollar and thirty-one cents ($1.31) per hour for each hour worked in such work shift.

Graveyard Shift. When five (5) or more hours of a represented employee’s work shift, exclusive of the lunch period, are between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 7:00 a.m., the represented employee shall be paid one dollar and thirty-one five cents ($1.311.05) per hour for each hour worked in such work shift.

Graveyard Shift. When five (5) or more hours of a represented employeeunit member’s work shift, exclusive of the lunch period, are between the hours of 12:00 midnight a.m. and 7:00 a.m., the represented employee unit member shall be paid one dollar and thirty-one cents five ($1.311.05) cents per hour for each hour worked in such work shift.

When five (5) or more hours of a represented employee’s work shift, exclusive of the lunch period, are between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 7:00 a.m., the represented employee shall be paid one dollar and thirty-one three cents ($1.311.03) per hour for each hour worked in such work shift.
