Training Programs All employees shall successfully complete all necessary training prior to being assigned work (e.g., all employees will complete health and safety training prior to being assigned to task). Nothing in this Article or provision shall constitute a waiver of either party’s bargaining obligations or defenses. The Employer still has an obligation to notify and bargain changes in terms and conditions of employment with the exclusive representative.
Flexible Work Schedule A flexible work schedule is any schedule that is not a regular, alternate, 9/80, or 4/10 work schedule and where the employee is not scheduled to work more than 40 hours in the "workweek" as defined in Subsections F. and H., below.
Training Program It is agreed that there shall be an Apprenticeship Training Program, the provisions of which are set forth in Exhibit "C", which is attached hereto and forms part of this Agreement.
Training Committee The parties to this Agreement may form a Training Committee. The Training Committee will be constituted by equal numbers of Employer nominees and ETU employee representatives and have a charter which clearly states its role and responsibilities. It shall monitor the clauses of this Agreement which relate to training and ensure all employees have equal access to training.
Contractor Approach The Contractor shall develop, document, and implement BIDM Data Exchanges to obtain BIDM Imports from and to send BIDM Exports to the Department's claims review contractors.
Alternate Work Sites Employees may be assigned or authorized to report to work at an alternative work site(s) and be paid for the time worked.

Required Procurement Procedures for Obtaining Goods and Services The Grantee shall provide maximum open competition when procuring goods and services related to the grant-assisted project in accordance with Section 287.057, Florida Statutes.
Innovative/Flexible Scheduling Where the Hospital and the Union agree, arrangements regarding Innovative Scheduling/Flexible Scheduling may be entered into between the parties on a local level. Curriculum Work Service on a District curriculum committee shall be required for grade level or department chairpersons. All other teachers working on such committee(s) shall be designated (in writing) by the Curriculum Director and shall be paid, at the hourly rate contained in Schedule B, for all documented hours of committee service (up to such limits as may be imposed by the District) occurring when school is not in session (e.g. during the summer), during duty-free lunch periods or preparation periods, and before/after the teacher’s regularly scheduled work day. Curriculum committee work shall occur at such times as are determined or approved by the Curriculum Director.
