Operations & Workforce. ‌ The management, supervision and control of the Employer's operation and the direction of the workforce shall remain the exclusive function of Management provided that such management and direction does not contravene the express provisions of this Agreement. The question of whether one of these rights is limited by this Agreement shall be decided through the grievance procedure.
