Grants and Funds. Any and all restricted grants, trust funds and other funds maintained by the District for the support of the Hospital shall continue to be used for the purposes contained in the instruments establishing such grants and funds, in accordance with the terms and conditions therein set forth (“Restricted Funds”). Any and all unrestricted grants, trust funds and other funds maintained by the District or in any Affiliate, for the support of or use by the Hospital, shall be assigned and transferred to Newco at Closing (“Unrestricted Funds”).
