Grantee’s Responsibilities Upon Termination. If DEO issues a Notice of Termination to Grantee, except as DEO otherwise specifies in that Notice, Grantee shall: (1) Stop work under this Agreement on the date and to the extent specified in the notice; (2) complete performance of such part of the work DEO does not terminate; (3) take such action as may be necessary, or as DEO may specify, to protect and preserve any property which is in the possession of Grantee and in which DEO has or may acquire an interest; and (4) upon the effective date of termination, Grantee shall transfer, assign, and make available to DEO all property and materials belonging to DEO pursuant to the terms of this Agreement and all Attachments hereto. Grantee shall not receive additional compensation for Grantee’s services in connection with such transfers or assignments.

  • Duties Upon Termination Upon termination of this Agreement for any reason, the Contractor shall upon receipt of all sums due and owing, promptly deliver the following in accordance with the directions of the Company:
