Grantee Signs. [Confirm this is appropriate for the Property.] Grantee shall have the right, but not the obligation, at its sole cost and expense, to erect, maintain, and/or remove, one or more reasonable, non-illuminated signs or other appropriate markers in locations on the Property visible from any public roads or other adjoining property, bearing information indicating (a) that the Property is protected by the Conservation Easement, and/or (b) the participation of Grantee and of any funder in the stewardship of the Conservation Easement, the wording, size, number, design, and location of which shall be decided upon by Xxxxxxx and Grantor, each exercising its reasonable discretion.
