Grade Integrity. Every effort shall be made to consult with the involved teacher before any change is made in a grade for which the teacher is responsible. The teacher must be notified if an administrator accesses a teacher’s grade book. The teacher shall be notified of any grade changes that are made and the reasons for such change. If such change is made, the person making the change shall assume responsibility for determining the grade and shall initial such change.
