CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO TEACHERS. In this section employee means a person employed by the College as a teacher as described in Clause 3.1.2. Also under this section, Section 3 - Conditions Applicable to Teachers, and this section alone, the following definitions will apply: School days means the days on which employees are normally expected to be at school, whether or not students are in attendance, and the public holidays which occur other than in School vacation periods. School term means in relation to the first school term of any year a period commencing on the first day staff are required to attend and terminating on the day immediately preceding the first school day of the following school term. The second and subsequent school terms follow the same format except that the last term in any school year is deemed to conclude on the day immediately preceding the first day of annual leave.
