Common use of Government Responsibilities Clause in Contracts

Government Responsibilities. The Government shall promptly take all necessary or appropriate actions to carry out all of its obligations under the Compact, this Agreement, and any other Supplemental Agreement (including any post-Compact Term activities, audits or other responsibilities), and to delegate its rights and responsibilities to entities, including MCA-Niger, adequate to enable them (each a “Permitted Designee”) to oversee and manage the implementation of the Program on behalf of the Government.
