(a) If any article, clause, paragraph, phrase or term of this Agreement shall by Provincial, Federal, or other law, or by decision of any Court of competent jurisdiction be declared or held illegal, void or unenforceable, the remaining portions of this Agreement shall continue to be valid and in full force and effect.
