GHG Emissions Allowance Costs. Buyer shall bear the cost of GHG Emissions Allowances for GHG emissions attributable to the Generating Facility and associated with the Power Product through either reimbursement, or direct procurement, as indicated in Section 1.09, provided that: Seller is actually required to procure such GHG Emissions Allowances for GHG emissions attributed to the Power Product; Such GHG Emissions Allowances compliance requirements were imposed upon Seller by an authorized Governmental Authority with jurisdiction to impose GHG Emissions Allowances requirements where the Generating Facility is located, or which otherwise has jurisdiction over Seller or the Generating Facility; The Generating Facility’s GHG emissions, less any Free Allowance for which the Generating Facility is eligible, shall be allocated between the useful thermal output, the electricity consumed on-site, and the exported Power Product based on the relative BTU content of the end product consistent with Form CEC-2843, as amended; Buyer’s responsibility for GHG Emissions Allowances is limited to GHG emissions associated with the Power Product for which the Seller or the Generating Facility was not eligible to receive Free Allowances; and Buyer’s responsibility for GHG Emissions Allowances will not exceed the GHG Emissions Cap based on the actual delivered Power Product.

  • Overtime Meal Allowances (a) An Employee who is required to work a minimum of two and one-half (2½) hours overtime before or after his/her scheduled hours of work, shall be provided with a meal or shall be reimbursed nine dollars ($9.00). A meal break of one-half (½) hour with pay shall be given at the overtime rate. This section shall not apply to an Employee who is on travel status which entitles him/her to claim for lodging and/or meals.

  • Shift Allowances (a) An Employee whilst on afternoon or night shift must be paid for such shift 15% more than the Employee’s ordinary rate.

  • Expense Allowances A Teacher shall be reimbursed each month for authorized out-of-pocket expenses upon presentation of appropriate receipts and documents.

  • Meal Allowances Employees assigned to be in travel status between the employee's temporary or permanent work station and a field assignment shall be reimbursed for the actual cost of meals including a reasonable gratuity. Employees must meet the following conditions to be eligible for meal reimbursement:

  • Aid Allowance An employee who has been appointed by the Employer and trained to render first aid and who is the current holder of appropriate first aid qualifications such as a certificate from the St. Xxxx's Ambulance or similar body shall be paid weekly an allowance as detailed in Appendix A. The Employer will always appoint the appropriate number of First Aid Officers as required by relevant legislation and Code of Practice.

  • Administration Allowances In addition to the foregoing salary, there shall be paid additional allowances in accordance with the following schedule:

  • Overtime Meal Allowance ‌ An employee who works two and one-half hours of overtime immediately before or following his/her scheduled hours of work shall receive a meal allowance of seven dollars. One-half hour with pay shall be allowed the employee in order that he/she may take a meal break either at or adjacent to his/her place of work.

  • Shift Allowance In addition to the wage specified in sub-clause (1), read with sub- clause (12), a normal shift worker shall, in respect of his shift hours worked in any week, be paid an additional 12,5% on such wage.

  • Cash Allowances (a) The Guaranteed Price includes cash allowances as set out in the Specifications which shall be expended as Owner directs through the Consultant by a Cash Allowance Disbursement Authorization.

  • Footwear Allowance The Company will reimburse full-time employees up to fifty ($50.00) dollars per year toward the cost of footwear upon presentation of a receipt. Eligible employees will receive reimbursement for footwear upon completion of six (6) months' service. Once employees have received the footwear allowance, they must wear such footwear during work hours.
