GENERATOR ALTERNATIVE COMPLIANCE PROGRAM. A. Generators may also fulfill the requirements of the laws identified in Exhibit A, Section 10(B), by receiving an approved waiver from the City or by subscribing to one or more of the required services through a third-party hauler. In all cases, the Franchisee shall be responsible for tracking the compliance of all Generators to which it provides garbage collection service.
