Common use of Generation Owner Clause in Contracts

Generation Owner. Generation Owner shall mean a Member that owns or leases with rights equivalent to ownership facilities for the generation of electric energy that are located within the PJM Region. Purchasing all or a portion of the output of a generation facility shall not be sufficient to qualify a Member as a Generation Owner.
