Generation Owner Sample Clauses
Generation Owner. Generation Owner shall mean a Member that owns or leases with rights equivalent to ownership, facilities for the generation of electric energy that are located within the PJM Region. Purchasing all or a portion of the output of a generation facility shall not be sufficient to qualify a Member as a Generation Owner.
Generation Owner. An entity that owns or otherwise controls and operates one or more operating generating units in the PJM Region.
