GENERAL WORKING RULES. 1601 - Single Shift Hours. Five (5) consecutive days of eight (8) consecutive hours, exclusive of meal period, Monday through Friday inclusive, shall constitute a week’s work at straight time rate. 1601.1 - At the beginning of a job or project, starting times for that project (or specific unit of the project) shall be established by the Employer.
