General Practice. During the completion of classroom observations, the evaluator generally will directly observe Domains 2 and 3 and mark the performance categories on the rubrics accordingly. Domains 1 and 4 are generally longitudinally observed and may not always be marked during each observation. Ratings: Please refer to the evaluation rubrics to determine level of performance to complete the self-evaluation and the supervisor’s evaluation of the teacher. As necessary, attach evidence or artifacts to support your level of assessment, especially for levels 1 and 4.
