Common use of General Orientation Clause in Contracts

General Orientation. The Employer agrees to provide a Union Representative or Shop ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ not less than thirty (30) minutes as a general orientation period for the familiarization of the new employees in the bargaining unit with the general conditions and responsibilities with respect to this Collective Agreement and to UFCW Local 832.
