Volumes. 1.8 The LAA makes no guarantees regarding the volume of Audits that the Licensee may be asked to undertake as a result of this Agreement or the associated level of income it may generate throughout the Term. The number of Legal Services Providers seeking or holding the SQM can go up and down at any time during the period of the Agreement and the Licensee is required to ensure that it can respond to fluctuations in demand that arise whilst also ensuring that the performance of the Services meets the requirements of this Agreement at all times.
