Common use of General OBD requirements Clause in Contracts

General OBD requirements. All dual-fuel engines and vehicles, independent of whether the engine operates in dual-fuel or in diesel mode, shall comply with the OBD Stage 2 requirements specified in Annex 9A to this regulation and applicable to diesel engines. The exemptions to these rules, including the rules concerning the OBD deficiencies and the monitoring exemptions set out in paragraph 3.3.3. of Annex 9A to this Regulation shall apply.

General OBD requirements. All dual-fuel engines and vehiclesvehicles shall comply with the requirements specified in Annex 9A and applicable to diesel engines, independent of whether the engine operates operating in dual-fuel or in diesel mode. In case a dual-fuel engine system is equipped with oxygen sensor(s), shall comply with the OBD Stage 2 requirements specified in Annex 9A to this regulation and applicable to diesel enginesgas engines in item 13. The exemptions to these rules, including the rules concerning the OBD deficiencies and the monitoring exemptions set out in paragraph 3.3.3. Appendix 3 of Annex 9A 9B shall apply. In case a dual-fuel engine system is equipped with a 3-way catalyst, the requirements applicable to this Regulation gas engines in items 7., 10., and 15. in Appendix 3 of Annex 9B shall apply.
