Common use of General Liability and Automobile Liability Clause in Contracts

General Liability and Automobile Liability. a. VTA, its directors, officers, officials, employees and volunteers are to be named as additional insureds as respects: liability arising out of activities performed by or on behalf of the Sponsor, including VTA’s general supervision of the Sponsor; products and completed operations of the Sponsor or subcontractors; premises owned, occupied or used by the Sponsor; or automobiles owned, leased, hired or borrowed by the Sponsor. The coverage must contain no special limitations on the scope of protection afforded to VTA, its directors, officers, officials, employees, or volunteers. Additional Insured endorsements must provide coverage at least as broad as afforded by the combination of ISO CG 20 10 10 01 and CG 20 37 10 01.
