General Developments. General Developments shall remain the property of ERN, however Zavante shall have, and ERN hereby grants to Zavante, a non-exclusive, royalty-free license in the Territory to exploit, reproduce and distribute such General Developments, to the maximum extent permitted under law, in connection with the sale and distribution of the Product during the Term of this Agreement.
