General Common Obligations of AM and the Contractor. 5.2.1 The Parties shall undertake the obligation to cooperate in a reasonable manner and in good faith to facilitate the achievement of the objectives of the PPP Contract. In order to raise any doubt, neither Party shall be obliged to fulfil any obligation of its counter-party or to perform any action that is bona fide and reasonably attributable to its counter-party, unless otherwise specified in the PPP Contract.
