Common use of General and Definitions Clause in Contracts

General and Definitions. This Schedule B is attached to and incorporated into that certain Long Term Transaction Service Agreement Under Southern Companies' Federal Energy Regulatory Commission Electric Tariff Volume No. 4 Market-Based Rate Tariff between Georgia Power Company and Oglethorpe Power Corporation (An Electric Membership Corporation) dated as of February 26, 1999 ("the Agreement"). Georgia Power and Oglethorpe Power have agreed in the Agreement that Oglethorpe Power will pay for the capacity and energy associated with the LT Peaking Resource on a Monthly basis utilizing the rates and methodologies determined in accordance with this Schedule B. All initially capitalized terms and phrases used in this Schedule B, but not expressly defined herein, shall have the respective meanings ascribed to them in the Agreement.
