Gender, Tense and Headings. Whenever any words are used herein in the masculine gender, they will be construed as though they were also used in the feminine gender in all cases where they would so apply. Whenever any words used herein are in the singular form, they will be construed as though they were also used in the plural form in all cases where they would so apply. Headings of Articles, Sections and subsections as used herein are inserted solely for convenience and reference and constitute no part of this Trust Agreement.

  • Sections and Headings The division of this Agreement into Sections and the insertion of headings are for reference purposes only and shall not affect the interpretation of this Agreement.

  • Captions and Headings The Article and Section headings throughout this Agreement are for convenience of reference only and shall in no way be deemed to define, limit or add to any provision of this Agreement.

  • References and Headings In this Agreement and in any such amendment, references to this Agreement and all expressions such as "herein," "hereof," and "hereunder," shall be deemed to refer to this Agreement as amended or affected by any such amendments.
