Common use of Gender, Number, Etc Clause in Contracts

Gender, Number, Etc. All pronouns used herein shall be deemed to refer to the masculine, feminine or neuter gender as the identity of the applicable person may require, and words using the singular or plural number shall be deemed to include respectively the plural or singular number as applicable. Unless otherwise specified, all references in this Agreement to Articles, Sections, or paragraphs shall refer to provisions of this Agreement. As used in this Agreement, the words “herein,” “hereof,” “hereto,” or derivatives shall refer to this entire Agreement, and the word “or” shall mean “and/or.”
