Xxxxxxxxx Benefits Subject to Section 4.C, Executive shall be entitled to the following Severance Benefits if Executive experiences a Termination under the circumstances described in Section 4.A above:

Synopsis and Benefit to Xxxxxxx County Xxxxxxx County has been working with the State of Oregon for several years to provide correctional services for the supervision of Senate Bill 1145 cases. Xxxxxxx County is assigned responsibility for all offenders on probation, parole, post-prison supervision, and those offenders sentenced or revoked for periods of one year or less, and on conditional release to the County. The State reimburses the County for expenses associated with housing and supervision of these offenders through Community Corrections Act Funding.
Financial Services Compensation Scheme We are a participant in the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (the “FSCS”). As a retail client you may be eligible to claim compensation from the FSCS in certain circumstances if we, any approved bank, our nominee company or eligible custodian are in default. Sick Leave Separation Cash Out At the time of retirement from state service or at death, an eligible employee or the employee’s estate will receive cash for their compensable sick leave balance on a one (1) hour for four (4) hours basis. For the purposes of this Section, retirement will not include “vested out of service” employees who leave funds on deposit with the retirement system.
Public Benefits This Agreement provides assurances that the Public Benefits identified below will be achieved and developed in accordance with the Applicable Rules and Project Approvals and with the terms of this Agreement and subject to the City’s Reserved Powers. The Project will provide Public Benefits to the City, including without limitation:
Training Benefits In the event that the Employer should introduce new methods or machines which require new or greater skills than are possessed by employees under the present method of operation, such employees shall, at the expense of the Employer, be given a reasonable period of time, in the opinion of the Employer, during which they may perfect or acquire the skills necessitated by the new method of operation. There shall be no change in wage or salary rates during the training period of any such employee.
Standard Benefits During the Employment Period, Executive shall be entitled to participate in all employee benefit plans and programs, including paid vacations, generally available to other similarly situated Company executives, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
Standard Company Benefits Executive shall be entitled to participate in all employee benefit programs for which Executive is eligible under the terms and conditions of the benefit plans that may be in effect from time to time and provided by the Company to its employees. The Company reserves the right to cancel or change the benefit plans or programs it offers to its employees at any time.
