Specific Benefits definition

Specific Benefits. – means the cover provided for individually specified medical treatments, diagnostic and surgical procedures and contained within the Benefits Schedule.

Examples of Specific Benefits in a sentence

  • For purposes of the preceding sentence and paragraph 2.3(i), a material diminution in the Executive Specific Benefits shall only occur if at any time prior to the expiration of the term provided in paragraph 2.1, the diminution in the Executive Specific Benefits results in both: (A) at least a 35% reduction in the total value to Executive of the Executive Specific Benefits and (B) at least a 35% reduction in the total cost to Company to provide Executive with the Executive Specific Benefits.

  • For purposes of the preceding sentence and paragraph 2.3(i), a material decrease in the Executive Specific Benefits shall only occur if at any time prior to the expiration of the term provided in paragraph 2.1, the decrease in the Executive Specific Benefits results in at least a 35% reduction in the total cost to Company to provide Executive with the Executive Specific Benefits.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing sentence, if Company provides Executive with any specific benefits, plans or programs (other than any compensation or benefits provided to Executive under paragraphs 3.1, 3.2, 3.3(i) and 3.3(ii) above) that are not provided to any other employees of Company (collectively, the “Executive Specific Benefits”), a material diminution in the Executive Specific Benefits shall constitute “Good Reason” under Section 2.3(i).

  • The Company will pay the Aggregate and/or Specific Benefits provided in this Contract, subject to the conditions, limitations and exclusions of this Contract.

Related to Specific Benefits

  • Public Benefits means the provision of benefits to the community by the Developer in the form and at the times specified in Schedule 3.

  • Medical Benefits means the monthly fair market value of benefits provided to the Employee and the Employee’s dependents under the major medical, dental and vision benefit plans sponsored and maintained by the Company, at the level of coverage in effect for such persons immediately prior to the Employee’s termination of employment date. The “monthly fair market value” of such benefits shall be equal to the monthly cost as if such persons elected COBRA continuation coverage at such time at their own expense.

  • Minimum Benefits means, as applicable, the following: (i) Executive’s earned but unpaid Annual Base Salary for the period ending on the Termination Date; (ii) Executive’s earned but unpaid Incentive Bonus, if any, for any completed fiscal year preceding the Termination Date; provided, however, that Executive shall not be entitled to any Incentive Bonus in the event of a Termination for Cause; (iii) Executive’s accrued but unpaid vacation pay for the period ending on the Termination Date; (iv) Executive’s unreimbursed business expenses and all other items earned and owed to Executive by the Company through and including the Termination Date, provided that all required submissions for expense reimbursement are made in accordance with the Company’s expense reimbursement policy and within 15 days following the Termination Date; and (v) The benefits, incentives, and awards described in Section 4(g)(i).

  • Health Benefits means health maintenance organization, insured or self-funded medical, dental, vision, prescription drug and behavioral health benefits.
