Common use of Gathering Fee Clause in Contracts

Gathering Fee. The gathering fee ("Gathering Fee") for Gathering Services shall be $0.21 per Mcf, plus actual fuel and shrinkage not to exceed three percent (3%), for Owner's quantity of gas as measured at the Measurement Points(s).
