Common use of Gathering Fee Clause in Contracts

Gathering Fee. The gathering fee ("Gathering Fee") for Gathering Services shall be $0.49 Forty-Nine Cents ($0.49) per Mcf, plus actual fuel and shrinkage, for Owner's quantity of gas (not to exceed ___ percent (__%) of Gas tendered by Owner for Gathering Services) ("Fuel Gas"), for Owner’s Gas as measured at the Measurement Points(s).

Gathering Fee. The initial gathering fee ("Gathering Fee") for Gathering Services shall be $0.49 Forty-Nine Cents ($0.49) 0.50 per Mcf, plus actual fuel and shrinkage, for Owner's quantity of gas (not to exceed ___ percent (__%) of Gas tendered by Owner for Gathering Services) ("Fuel Gas"), for Owner’s Gas as measured at the Measurement Points(s). The parties acknowledge that the $0.50 component of the Gathering Fee is comprised of the following: (1) $0.20/Mcf for gathering upstream of compression, (2) $0.15/Mcf for compression, and (3) $0.15/Mcf for gathering downstream of compression.

The gathering fee ("Gathering Fee") for Gathering Services shall be $0.49 Forty-Nine Cents ($0.49) 0.45 per Mcf, plus actual fuel and shrinkage, for Owner's quantity of gas (not to exceed ___ percent (__%) of Gas tendered by Owner for Gathering Services) ("Fuel Gas"), for Owner’s Gas as measured at the Measurement Points(s).
