Garage Space. If available, garage space may be used by the supervisor for his/her private vehicle without cost to the supervisor.
Garage Space. If available, garage space may be used by the employee for his/her private vehicle without cost to the employee. If State facilities are provided for this purpose, the employee shall not use State equipment or facilities for the repair or maintenance of the employee's vehicle.
Garage Space. If a garage space is included in this Lease the fee that Tenant must pay Landlord appears in the box at the top of the first page of this Lease. It is payable as added rent. The number of the garage space will also appear in the box. If a garage space number does not appear Tenant states that no garage space is leased to Tenant.
Garage Space. Landlord and Tenant are also parties to that certain Garage Space Lease (the “Garage Lease,” attached hereto as Exhibit I) for approximately 5,449 usable square feet of storage space including helicopter fuel storage and appurtenant equipment in the Garage, at the locations shown in the drawings attached to Exhibit I. Separate storage areas within Xxxxxx Plaza East (approximately 1,525 SF) are included as a part of the Premises hereunder and not subject to the Garage Lease (“Building Storage”). Tenant shall also have the right to use portions of the Garage as described in Section 23.
