Funding and Progress Reports. Except as expressly set forth herein, as between SGI and Genmab, Genmab shall be solely responsible for funding all costs of the development and commercialization of Genmab Products and SGI shall be solely responsible for funding all costs of the development and commercialization of SGI Products.
