Common use of Full-time work Clause in Contracts

Full-time work. ‌ 7.1.1 A regular full-time work schedule is 80 hours of work within a bi-weekly pay period of 14 consecutive calendar days. 7.1.2 A regular full-time work day is eight (8) hours of work commencing with the start of the work shift. 7.1.3 Full-time employees may request an alternative work schedule in accordance with Article 7.8. Alternative work schedules of general application may be established by mutual agreement between the Union and the Library. 7.1.4 Regular full-time employees, with approval from their Division Manager and to meet operational needs, may work up to 10 hours a day, in accordance with Articles 7.4.2, 7.4.3, 7.8.2 and 7.8.4.
