Common use of Full-Time Employee Clause in Contracts

Full-Time Employee. The term “full-time employee” as used in this agreement refers to an employee who is employed in a regular capacity of at least 75% of a 12-month work year of 37.5 to 40 hours a week or an employee in a regular capacity of 100% of an academic year of 9, 10 or 11 months for 37.5 to 40 hours a week.
