Common use of Fuel Oil Consumption Clause in Contracts

Fuel Oil Consumption. (a) The Contract Price shall not be affected or changed by reason of the fuel oil consumption of the VESSEL, as determined by shop trial as per the Specifications, being more than the Guaranteed Fuel Oil Consumption of the VESSEL, if such excess is not more than five percent (5%) over the Guaranteed Fuel Oil Consumption.
