FTEF Clause Samples

FTEF. Full‐Time Equivalent Faculty – a measure of the work effort of instructional faculty. The work effort required for a particular class section is measured by the “load” for that section as determined in Article 17. The work effort of one regular or contract faculty member is 1.0 FTEF per semester.
FTEF. A full-time load shall equal 125 students per term as of census headcount.
FTEF. SJECCD will follow the course of study approved by the SJECCD Board as outlined in the Memorandum of Understanding between CFIATP, the District and the College, attached hereto as Exhibit C. District shall, in collaboration with the CFIATP, maintain all academic records required in connection with the apprenticeship training program and evaluate student performance in the same manner as performance is evaluated in courses similar in nature conducted by SJECCD.
FTEF. In the case of financial hardships where a reduction in force leads to full-time faculty layoffs in accordance with California Education Code, the District may forgo the financing of sabbatical leaves for that academic year.

  • Collaboration activities 4.1 The Collaboration Suppliers will perform the Collaboration Activities and all other obligations of this Agreement in accordance with the Detailed Collaboration Plan. 4.2 The Collaboration Suppliers will provide all additional cooperation and assistance as is reasonably required by the Buyer to ensure the continuous delivery of the services under the Call-Off Contract. 4.3 The Collaboration Suppliers will ensure that their respective subcontractors provide all cooperation and assistance as set out in the Detailed Collaboration Plan.

  • Development Activities The Development activities referred to in item “b” of paragraph 3.1 include: studies and projects of implementation of the Production facilities; drilling and completion of the Producing and injection ▇▇▇▇▇; and installation of equipment and vessels for extraction, collection, Treatment, storage, and transfer of Oil and Gas. The installation referred to in item “c” includes, but is not limited to, offshore platforms, pipelines, Oil and Gas Treatment plants, equipment and facilities for measurement of the inspected Production, wellhead equipment, production pipes, flow lines, tanks, and other facilities exclusively intended for extraction, as well as oil and gas pipelines for Production Outflow and their respective compressor and pumping stations.

  • Research Project The findings of any research project, which would change the provisions of this Agreement will not be implemented until such changes are negotiated and agreed to by the parties.
