Collaboration Activities definition

Collaboration Activities means the activities set out in this Agreement
Collaboration Activities means the activities conducted by or on behalf of one or more of the Parties or its Affiliates as part of the Collaboration.
Collaboration Activities means the collaborative program of activities for the Development of Collaboration mRNA Constructs and Product Candidates that is engaged in by or on behalf of the Parties under this Agreement during the Collaboration Term, including [***].

  • Cigna grants to Provider a non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully-paid up, limited right and license to use the Project Developments specified as owned by Cigna hereunder, including in the Project Addendum, solely for purposes of (i) performing Provider’s obligations under the Collaboration Activities and (ii) exercising Provider’s rights as expressly specified in the Project Addendum, in each case during the term of this Agreement (unless expressly stated to survive in such Project Addendum).

  • Provider grants to Cigna a non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully-paid up, limited right and license to use the Project Developments specified as owned by Provider hereunder, including in the Project Addendum, solely for purposes of (i) performing Cigna’s obligations under the Collaboration Activities and (ii) exercising Cigna’s rights as expressly specified in the Project Addendum, in each case during the term of this Agreement (unless expressly stated to survive in such Project Addendum).

  • Each Party may assign or reassign its employees who have had access to the Confidential Information of the other (including without limitation Project Developments made in performance of the Collaboration Activities) to work on projects that may involve technology that is similar to the technology that may constitute Confidential Information of the other.

  • All Project Developments made in performance of the Collaboration Activities shall be described and mutually agreed upon by the Parties in a Project Addendum to this Agreement.


More Definitions of Collaboration Activities

Collaboration Activities means activities that the Parties have described in a Development Plan and which the Parties shall pursue in connection with development and testing leading to the Commercialization of the Concept.
Collaboration Activities means, collectively, the ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇ Activities and Collaboration CMC Activities, or other Development activities conducted by or on behalf of the Parties pursuant to the Collaboration Plans.
Collaboration Activities means those tests, studies and other activities set forth in, or performed in order to obtain the information set forth in, the Collaboration Plan and such other tests, studies and other activities as may be agreed upon from time to time by the JSC.
Collaboration Activities means the responsibilities of the Parties under this Agreement to research, develop, manufacture, and commercialize the Product.
Collaboration Activities has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(a).
Collaboration Activities means those tests, studies and other activities set forth in, or performed in order to obtain the information set forth in the Collaboration Plan and such other tests, studies and other activities as may be agreed upon from time to time by the JSC (as defined in the Collaboration Agreement).
Collaboration Activities means the Parties’ activities (performed directly and/or, as may be permitted hereunder, on their behalf through their Affiliates, Third Party sublicensees and/or Third Party subcontractors) performed under this Agreement, including the Clinical Plan and Development Plan.
