Common use of Fringe Benefits Clause in Contracts

Fringe Benefits. During the Employment Period, the Employee shall be entitled to fringe benefits, including use of an automobile and payment of related expenses, in accordance with the most favorable plans, practices, programs and policies of the Company and its subsidiaries in effect at any time during the 90-day period immediately preceding the Effective Date or, if more favorable to the Employee, as in effect at any time thereafter with respect to other key employees of the Company and its subsidiaries.

Fringe Benefits. During the Employment PeriodTerm, the Employee shall be entitled to fringe benefits, including use of an automobile and payment of related expenses or payment of an allowance for automobile related expenses, in accordance with the most favorable plans, practices, programs and policies of the Company and its subsidiaries in effect at any time during the 90-day ninety (90)-day period immediately preceding the Effective Date or, if more favorable to the Employee, as in effect at any time thereafter with respect to other key employees of the Company and its subsidiariesor Parent.

Fringe Benefits. During the Employment Period, the Employee shall be entitled to fringe benefits, including use of an automobile and payment of related expenses, benefits in accordance with the most favorable plans, practices, programs and policies of the Company and its subsidiaries in effect at any time during the 90-day period immediately preceding the Effective Date or, if more favorable to the Employee, as in effect at any time thereafter with respect to other key employees of the Company and its subsidiaries.

During the Employment Period, the Employee shall be entitled to fringe benefits, including use of an automobile and payment of related expenses, benefits in accordance with the most favorable plans, past practices, programs and policies of the Company and its subsidiaries affiliated companies from time to time in effect at any time during the 90-day period immediately preceding the Effective Date or, if more favorable to the Employee, as in effect at any time thereafter with respect to other key employees of the Company and its subsidiarieseffect.

During the Employment Period, the Employee shall will be entitled eligible to receive the fringe benefits, including use of an automobile and payment of related expenses, in accordance with the most favorable plans, practices, programs and policies of the Company and its subsidiaries in effect at any time during the 90-day period immediately preceding the Effective Date or, if more favorable benefits that are made available to the Employee, as in effect at any time thereafter with respect to other key employees of the Company and such other benefits as are determined by the Board or the Compensation Committee, in its subsidiariesrespective sole and exclusive discretion. Any benefit plan participation will be subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plan, applicable Company policy, and applicable law.

Fringe Benefits. During the Employment Period, the Employee shall be entitled to receive such fringe benefitsbenefits as shall be applicable from time to time to the Company's executives generally, including use of an automobile but not limited to such 401(k), vacation, group life and payment of related expenseshealth insurance, in accordance with the most favorable plans, practices, programs and policies of disability benefit plans as may be maintained by the Company and its subsidiaries in effect at any from time during the 90-day period immediately preceding the Effective Date or, if more favorable to the Employee, as in effect at any time thereafter with respect to other key employees of the Company and its subsidiariestime.

Fringe Benefits. During the Employment Period, the Employee shall be entitled to fringe benefits, including including, without limitation, tax and financial planning services, payment of club dues, and, if applicable, use of an automobile and payment of related expenses, in accordance with the most favorable plans, practices, programs and policies of the Company and its subsidiaries affiliated companies in effect for the Employee at any time during the 90120-day period immediately preceding the Effective Date or, if more favorable to the Employee, as in effect generally at any time thereafter with respect to other key employees of the Company and its subsidiariesaffiliated companies at a similar level to the Employee.

Fringe Benefits. During the Employment Period, the Employee shall be entitled to fringe benefits, including use of an automobile including, without limitation, tax and financial planning services, payment of related expensesclub dues, in accordance with the most favorable plans, practices, programs and policies of the Company and its subsidiaries the Affiliated Companies in effect for the Employee at any time during the 90120-day period immediately preceding the Effective Date or, if more favorable to the Employee, as in effect generally at any time thereafter with respect to other key employees peer executives of the Company and its subsidiariesthe Affiliated Companies.
