Common use of Freedom of Information Clause in Contracts

Freedom of Information. “I consent to the Manager and the Institution collecting and disclosing to each other personal information about me concerning any misconduct or alleged misconduct by me, or any misconduct of others reported or witnessed by me, for the purpose of the Manager and the Institution using that personal information to administer their respective rules of conduct and disciplinary proceedings. Such information includes, and is not limited to, my grades in school, my academic status, any alleged misconduct by me, my response to such an allegation, the substance and status of any disciplinary proceedings and the penalty, if any, imposed.
