Common use of Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Clause in Contracts

Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy. 5.6.1 The Minister has delegated all of his or her powers and duties under the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (“FOIPPA”) to the CAO with respect to the Office pursuant to a delegation document dated December 11, 2008, as amended from time to time. The CAO recognizes that the Minister is ultimately responsible and accountable to the Legislature for ensuring compliance with the FOIPPA.

The CAO Chair recognizes that the Minister is ultimately responsible and accountable to the Legislature for ensuring compliance with the FOIPPA.
