FRC Composition. Teaching faculty promotion cases will be heard by a Faculty Review Committee (FRC) on the same basis as those for research faculty (negative recommendations from both TPC and ▇▇▇▇, or mixed recommendations from TPC and ▇▇▇▇). FRC Composition. Each FRC shall consist of three (3) faculty members appointed by the UFE; provided that no faculty member may sit on an FRC hearing a dispute arising out of his/her department. The UFE is responsible for training the participants in the FRC.
