Common use of Founders Employment Agreement Clause in Contracts

Founders Employment Agreement. Charxxx X. Xxxxx, x Stockholder, hereby agrees to enter on or prior to the Closing Date into an Employment Agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit A attached hereto (the "Founders Employment Agreement"), which agreement shall employ Charxxx X. Xxxxx xx President of Smitx Xxxup and shall provide for an annual salary of $300,000 and a term of five years.
