Former Employer Confidential Information. I agree that during my employment with the Company, I will not improperly use, disclose, or induce the Company to use any proprietary information or trade secrets of any former employer or other person or entity with which I have an obligation to keep such proprietary information or trade secrets in confidence. I further agree that I will not bring onto the Company’s premises or transfer onto the Company’s technology systems any unpublished document, proprietary information, or trade secrets belonging to any such third party unless disclosure to, and use by, the Company has been consented to, in writing, by such third party and the Company.
Former Employer Confidential Information. The Employee agrees that the Employee will not, during the term of this Agreement, improperly use or disclose any proprietary information or trade secrets of any former employer of the Employee or other person or entity with which the Employee has an agreement or duty to keep in confidence information acquired by the Employee, if any. The Employee also agrees that the Employee will not bring onto the Company’s premises any unpublished document or proprietary information belonging to any such employer, person or entity unless consented to in writing by such employer, person or entity.

Recipient agrees that during the Relationship, Recipient has not and shall not improperly access, download, upload, store, use, disclose, or induce the Company to access, use or disclose any proprietary information or trade secrets of any former employer or other person or entity with which Recipient has an obligation of confidentiality. Recipient further agrees that Recipient has not brought, and shall not bring, onto the Company’s premises or transfer onto the Company’s technology systems any unpublished document, proprietary information, or trade secrets or other confidential information belonging to any third party unless disclosure to, and use by, the Company has been consented to, in writing, by such third party.
Former Employer Confidential Information. I agree that, during my consulting contract with the Company, I will not (i) improperly use or disclose any proprietary information or trade secrets of my former or concurrent employer(s), if any, and/or (ii) bring onto the premises of the Company any unpublished documents or any property belonging to my former or concurrent employer(s) unless previously and specifically consented to in writing by the Company and by such employer.
Former Employer Confidential Information. Employee's understands that as part of the consideration for Capital's offer of employment and Employee's continued employment hereunder, that Employee has represented that Employee has not brought and will not bring and Employee has not brought and will not bring into Capital or use in the performance of Employee's responsibilities at Capital any equipment, supplies, trade secrets, confidential information or otherwise of any former employer which are not generally available to the public, unless Employee has first obtained written authorization for its possession and use.

Consultant also agrees that Consultant will not bring onto the Company’s premises any unpublished document or proprietary information belonging to any such employer, person or entity unless consented to in writing by such employer, person or entity.
Former Employer Confidential Information. Bxxxxx agrees that during the Transition Period, he shall not improperly use, disclose, or induce the Company to use any proprietary information or trade secrets of any former employer or other person or entity with which he has an obligation to keep such proprietary information or trade secrets in confidence.
