Former Employer Confidential Information. I will not, during my employment with the Company, improperly use, disclose, or induce the Company to use any proprietary information or trade secrets of any former or concurrent employer or other person or entity with which I have an obligation to keep information in confidence. Furthermore, I will not bring onto the premises of the Company or transfer onto the Company’s technology systems any unpublished document or proprietary information belonging to any third party unless consented to in writing by both the Company and such third party.
